As a last instance check the TPS and the wiring. Had this problem with mine and it was the wiring to the TPS. To check it try disconnecting the TPS and see if it is better

I managed to figure out the problem when I unplugged the TPS and the revs went to normal. The TPS was new so I suspected the wiring and two pins from the loom coming the the TPS were dirty and after cleaning the problem is gone

Managed to figure it out. It was the wiring to the TPS, some pins were dirty and after a good clean everything is fine.

I replaced the ICV with a new one. I checked the clutch sensor to be plugged in, what do you mean with check for 'security and function's and how could I do this.
