I had a frp engined fiesta and that put out 157,completely standard aswell,came out press car number 20.

Yeah I've read quite a few about turboing them,just wondered if guys on here still made stuff to do it.

I've decided I'm going to turbo the Frp,I know it's been done loads of times and to great success. Does anyone have any contact details of anyone I could get parts off,like spacer plate,manifold adaptor etc?

Found out the kit car was 199bhp,the only reason I remember is that I was quite shocked about the power it had. 245 is mental out of a 1.7,bet you will have to keep it on the boil but saying that nearly all na cars have to be revved. What's the most power anyone has seen out of a puma engine(na),what someone or tuner has actually built? This is not including ralley cars or millions of pounds development cars. The most I've seen was in a kit car(years ago),I think it was about 200-215bhp or something around there.

What difference do those cams give you over a set of Frp ones?

What's the difference between lms's heads,as they are in stages? I try and stay away from mainstream tuning company's anyways and rather go to back street type places. Small engineering units and not bary bolt on guys. The small places generally do the proper work for them anyways.

Ported or flowed head,stage 1 by lightning Motorsport is cheap £150,anyone know the differences between them?
