Thanks for sending me the links. The two Spanish ones match my existing panel. I'll follow up on them.

I'm not sure of the provenance of the heater valve; I'll check with them. It's 1998 (S plate). As you say, the panel has A/C and re-circulation buttons, but NO cigar socket.

My Puma's ventilation and a/c is blasting out hot air whatever setting is selected. I took it to my local garage, where they replaced the heater valve, but that hasn't solved the problem. They tell me it needs a new heater control panel. Ford charge £336.27 for a new one, so I'm trying to find a...
