    I have been having overheating probs when doing moterway driving about 70-80 mph.     Heater control valve

    I have had probs with my car overheating after doing long stretches on motorway at 70-80mph after reading blogs and forums....most common reason is the HCV. Can someone please expalin how the HCV can affect engine temperature...if my heater is working fine?
