I've been busy last couple of days working so no good pics yet, but these show the condition of the arches, not that bad I don't think...

    2000 Ford Puma 1.7 for sale - £850

For those that might ask why I'm selling at £850ono yet I only bought the car for £500 - When I bought it, the tyres were on way out (all been replaced costing well over £100) it had no tax (£120ish for 6months) and the arches were horrendous, so I think this is a fair price?

    2000 Ford Puma 1.7 for sale - £850

I have owned this car for just over a year, driven over 16000 miles in it, completely problem free, with only the drivers bottom arm being replaced as the ball joint was slightly worn. Was tested on a rolling road last year just after I got it, but before it was serviced at 114bhp and 117ft/lb...

    NITROUS.... Info Request

so a super car isn't good for overtaking? BHP is more involving than torque, so in a car like a puma, that is very sporty to drive, short gearing, stiff suspension etc. surely it would be headed to wanting to be revved and driven.. If you want torque, sell the puma and buy a diesel.

How to clean / remove MAF sensor on 1.7

I got bored this morning, so I decided to clean out the MAF sensor and clean the air filter box and pipework... You need: -A Ford Puma :-) -10mm socket and rachet or a spanner -Flat head and a phillips screwdriver (dependant on the clips you have) -Aerosol carburettor cleaner or similar This...

He's building a time attack/promo car for his engine tuning business.. plus a fully race prepped FWD focus with 500bhp will more than likely beat a road going scooby with few mods - at least I know where I would put my money... For those who wish to have a look...

    NITROUS.... Info Request

true to some degree - but not going to start a new topic lol... have you come to a decision on what you want to do?

    NITROUS.... Info Request

Certainly not, Im looking at 5 grand for my conversion. Even this doesn't seem too bad.. One of my mates at uni has around £15k+ just in his engine (Ford Focus ST170 turbo, approx <500bhp) just to make sure that it is bullet proof :-)

If you didn't rev the engine, you wouldn't be reaching max power? Lol Haha @ gas tanker but you know what I mean- if you drive it hard, a cheap nitrous kit on standard internals isn't going to last long
