Hey does anyone know the clutch disk size from a Ford PUma 1.4 from (10/2000)?

Hey i have a Puma from 10/2000 and i have a problem with the windshield wipers ,the problem is that i cannot turn them off ,i can only turn them off if i pull the fuse out. I ve been looking for the relay in my car and i still havent founf it. Can anyone help me figuring out where the relay is?
