Hi. Could you measure the ride height of your front & rear for me?
Measured from the centre of the wheel arches down to the ground.

Congratulations on your Mull - very serious rally for a first attempt & terribly sad ending........
Would be interested to know your spring rates & lengths as I'm just about to change mine & I run on AVO suspension

Hi yes the Volvo was rear wheel drive - big old girl always trying to get away from us & succeeded several times. She saw us through an RAC Rally in 1984 though back in the days when it was possible for a clubman to take part- showing age now! Will dig out a photo if you're interested. Anyway ba...

Very interesting thread - thanks. Your car looks very smart & professionally prepared, I'm not surprised that the scrutineer was impressed! I've recently joined Puma land & have rallied many different cars in the past including a Group A Volvo 240! Stage rallying is beyond my budget for now ...
