Connector issue

I think my fiesta has an external temperature gauge sensor with the same plug as this, could it be that?
Otherwise that does look identical to the abs sensor connector, even down to the way it mounts on the bodywork.

Purge control valve

MK3 Mondeo purge valve will fit

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/303991813214

This is what I fitted to mine, the electrical connection is the same. You just need to make the pipes fit as the Mondeo part has slightly larger spouts

Silver 1.6 puma for sale

Something is telling me this is a 1.7,not a 1.6.
It may be the engine bay picture giving it away but I'm not sure

RED Puma Millennium on Ebay !

What's sounds more plausible is that the previous owner didn't want a yellow millennium so he bought a normal red puma and got someone to add millennium to the logbook instead 🀣

I would also be a bit concerned that it hasn't had a MOT for over 3 years.

Was this a factory interior?

These definitely look very similar to the red leather seats as found in a sportka or streetka, but I think these have had a bit of reupholstery done.

New to the family!

You need a 'DIVE' ecu, have a look on eBay.
Make sure you get a key fob or chip with it. It's quite important that you get the DIVE version if you want a straight forward fit.

Has this already been used on a car?

Cable to fuel tank?
That stays where it is, you shouldn't need to do anything with that as it's part of a different loom.
No need to drop fuel tank.

Are you getting confused with the rear abs loom? This runs to back of car also and finishes up near fuel tank.

Yep pretty much, none of them are exempt from rust. But saying that, it's the same for nearly any 20+ year old car

Looking to buy - acceptable levels of rust?

Wow, the extent of the rust is always worse than it initially appears. I suppose it's a risk I'll be taking with that wheel arch. What was the cost of that repair? I've also realised that this car I'm looking at hasn't had a cambelt change since 2011, however it's only done 5k miles since then. Is ...

Looking to buy - acceptable levels of rust?

Alot of the pumas are over 20 years old now, as with most cars of this age rust is going to be present. I would say your going to have to settle for the best you can find rather than a rust free example. You really need to get underneath and have a proper good poke around with a screwdriver. My fies...
