Blimey that does sound like a run of it, I thought these things only happened to me!

Hard to go off of the noise description but if it sounds like the ABS, is it the ABS?

8-) welcome back to the fold. Sounds like you've picked up a good one, if it's got a bit flat then I'm sure that this will be improved with some basic maintenance, servicing, plugs, filters etc.

Good luck getting it where you want it, have fun.

Sounds like it could be coolant. Maybe a split hose?

I think FRP parts in a fiesta is still a sensitive matter, but now days so many regular Pumas are scrapped I don't think anyone will mind a Puma 1.7 lump ending up in a Fiesta shell

imo that is not standard fitment. Never seen it before.

That's not to say that this owner doesn't believe it to be dealer fit though.

First Post with new Puma

Welcome to the site, sounds like you have a nice example there.

All of the clips were the same originally, they would have been a single piece that pushes in and were later replaced with the 2 part affair as far as I recall.

Not sure about that other part, good luck.

Puma for big boys?

6ft is like 20cm lower already though. There are definitely old posts on people using modified frames to get a lower seating position. It depends where you are though because in the UK I believe there are now rules preventing having fixed bucket seats on road cars, so they would have to be able to a...

Check engine light, door ajar light. + blinker

Also how did you end up here on our Puma forum? You're very welcome here of course! The Fiesta is very similar to the Puma, it would have had a door ajar light being a 2000 I assume it has the digital odometer. Is the space for it actually there in the instrument panel? It could be that someone has ...

Is it time to let my Puma go :(

Well the other bits should be reasonable, it's just the rust and getting that sorted out might not be cost effective so I guess it depends on how much you love the car and whether you want to invest in keeping it on the road. There's usually two distinct repairs styles Weld something on to get it th...

Hello! From Portugal!

Are your tone wheels in good clean condition? Is the loom ok? (I assume yes if you get no errors) AFAIK the resistance readings are the same for all. One thing to consider is that the drum size did change mid production and maybe there were actually differences on the sensors to accommodate? You've ...
