    Exhaust manifold nuts loosening

Make sure you don't use stainless hardware. That's not going to work. On my turbo manifold I had problems of exhaust stuff working loose. I now used just plain steel hardware (10.9) and copper nuts. Never worked itself loose again.

    Bucket Seat Mounting

Hi HampusSoder, I used to have the R100 seats in my car and managed to mount them really low. Sadly I don't have photos of the original frame. But I managed to use the original seat frame. Weld-in a slider and bolted that down to the seat. Was really strong and really low and the slider is...

Engine mounts to fit front lower strut brace

The Vibratechnics is a pain to fit though. You need to push it into your old housing. Mine cracked and I bought a standard new mount :)

Any good threads detailing 2.0 zetec swaps?

There are certainly a few around with the Duratec 2.0 Focus RS block. Which is basically the same as the 2.0 (I think you're referencing to a Blacktop engine). So it has been done quite a few times. I know there is one thread on here of someone putting a Duratec RS engine in his Puma. His name...

    Project Sky Blue (Now TURBO'd)

It starts pulling from around 2500/3000 revs. Everything is stock only used a decompression plate, SR20DET 550cc injectors, uprated fuel pump and an Emerald K6 ECU. Fuel economy is more or less the same as before. I get around 450km per tank

    Project Sky Blue (Now TURBO'd)

Hi everyone, I haven't posted an update here for a long while. However the car has progressed a lot! It's now rocking a TD04HL-19T Turbo from Kinugawa with a custom made manifold by someone local. The rest I made custom myself. It's already running for 6.000 KM's without any problems. It's...

    Bucket Seat Mounting

Standard frames you can buy are normally way too tall. I bought the OMP version and my seat was almost touching the room. They also didn't match up to the seat. So I had to drill more holes. And I had to lower it. All in all. The prefabricated mounts are not that great. They always need a lot...

    Headlight glass removal

Hi Richard, You can split them by heating up the glue. Be careful not to heat it too much otherwise the lamp will meld. After that gently wiggle a screwdriver/plastic doorcard remover between them and work your way around the headlamp. It's not hard. Just time consuming.

Ford Puma ST Turbo *diy ambition*

I believe they are. They look like ABS sensors I recently bought for a Puma but then the connection is straight, which you want because you're going to use spacers.

    Speedo not working.

    15" x 7J Wheels

I'm not running 15" but 16x7.5J's that are ET35 running a 15mm hubcentric spacer so basically make them ET20 never had any rubbing on track or street driving. Tire size 215/45/16 so pretty wide
