I have the same noise at 1800 /2000 revs deffo like a light grinding noise and some times has a bit ov a rattle to go with it when accelorating through first and second. My puma was abusused by the last owner so i doubt its had a cam belt for yonks , im sure i read thet theirs sum one on here...

i cleaned mine and cleaned the maf sensor whilst i had the carb cleaner out the sensor was rotten coverd in oil, works a treat on throtle response :-)

prob have to get a upgraded head unit, i use one ov them radio transmiter things that plug in to yer phone six quid from asda :grin:

i have never attended a meet yet and their does not seem to be many puma owners from merseyside on here but their is deffo loads of pumas about, :grin:

mate ive noticed quite a few pumas in ur neck of the woods if you see a black 02 plate with tinted widows and massive skirts lowerd to death it will be me im allways in ellesmere port :ok:

its the heater controle vave verry common on pumas happens to every one, see ianG on here he will have the part you will need, mines stuck on hot aswell but im not botherd at the moment and my last puma was the same , :-)

allthough i am thinking about those arch trims yog is showing us they look allright :grin:

you can get stick on arches of ebay for a puma in blue or chrome and matt black i think it was 30 for the rear but it will just hide the rust and it will fester and eventualy the arches will fall off along with half your car haha, i would listen to redexr and get them done at some point even if...
