FRP on the Bay.... With FRP tax

Too many fucked about with now. Soon as you deviate from standard then the value drops to £2.50 and becomes worthless from a future investment point of view and that's why they sit on Ebay for months without any interest.

    LOL @ price

Another " LOL @ price " - http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201223474896872/sort/locasc/usedcars/model/puma/make/ford/page/6/radius/1500/quicksearch/true/postcode/ls11aa?logcode=p" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; Holy mileage though, batman!

    Thoughts?

For a dealer I'd say that's priced a touch cheap if anything, if it is in mint condition. Usually mint ones with that sort of mileage are for at least £2200+ with dealers, and heading up towards £3k if they have less than 40k.

    Jerking/Uneven running

Cool! So no more jerky-jerky when coming on and off the gas?

    difficulty selling my milly

Unfortunately not. Advertising on owner's forums is perhaps the worst place to advertise them as all the members already have one... I've always had success selling on Ebay using the classified ad option. £15 for a month with as much space as you want and you can add a 'make offer' button...

    Jerking/Uneven running

Right. It's funny you mention the coil pack (even though you haven't replaced it), I vaguely remember similar poor running with my old Nova GTe 20 years ago and it turned out to be the ignition coil. I had a garage test it and he showed me how it was only generating a weak and intermittent...

    anyone from west yorkshire here

Get back in your own local threads you two. Oh wait, you don't have them! :-D Don't want no furringers in here. :x :-P I am in Leeds and can usually be found lurking around Headingley and Moortown.

    Jerking/Uneven running

I've got the same kangaroo problem with mine too so this thread has been interesting reading. Just to clarify then, which part has fixed the problem? Did you fit a new coil pack and HT leads as well as new coolant and temp sensor, or just the latter two and the original coal pack and HTs?

Puma bogging down in todays heavy rain

Are you sure you weren't just hitting standing water on the road? That has the same "bogging" effect you speak of, especially if your tyre tread is less than brand new.

    Puma price plunge?

^ That + 12 plate newness on finance for £300/month + the majority of Puma's being riddled with rust now = why Puma's are worth pocket change now.

Need member expertise on a few problems please!

Hmm, so how many other people have experienced this "feature" then? I would put money on something being broken or on its way to a state of brokenness.

Need member expertise on a few problems please!

:D Guys I've got another problem.. Fired up the aircon today and it works great, icy cold etc, but when driving with it on the acceleration is all bolloxed and jerks around like it's starved of fuel. Only does it when pressing the accelerator with the aircon on. Soon as I turn it off she...

Potential Project - PUMA DIESEL -Info

Is the gearbox going to be changed with the transplant then or not? If not then it is a complete waste of time doing as the engine will be doing 4k at 70 in 5th and scoffing as much fuel as the standard petrol lump. :D
