ICV???

I am looking for a new ICV and was wondering are they different as the years go on?

My puma is 2000 X Reg, 1.7 Zetec 16v

They all look the same on the net but are they?

Ford want £104 for it and i can't afford that.

They are the same on the fiesta endura engine, but there are two different shape electrical connectors, one square ish and one oval. They can be made to fit the other type with some wiring but this isnt ideal. Check what shape the connector is.

If all you can get is a round one, you can make it fit, as its just two wires. I did this in the escort with some speaker wire and electrical tape. You just need to be careful of it getting wet. You can get them on ebay but getting a genuine ford one is more tricky.
