My Puma's ventilation and a/c is blasting out hot air whatever setting is selected. I took it to my local garage, where they replaced the heater valve, but that hasn't solved the problem. They tell me it needs a new heater control panel. Ford charge £336.27 for a new one, so I'm trying to find a second-hand one. There are a couple on eBay, but they lack the a/c control button and air circulation selector that the existing one has. I also note that at some point the location of the cigarette lighter was moved onto the heater control panel (mine is in a drawer below the panel); I don’t know if this would affect how the whole thing works. Does anybody know where I might be able to get hold of a matching replacement at a reasonable price? Thanks. (Previously posted on another site, so apologies to anybody who is seeing this for the second time).

Did the garage fit a genuine heater valve? Although the cheap/pattern parts can be fine, it is recommended to fit Genuine.

Have you also searched for Fiesta Mk4 & Mk5?
What year is your Puma? - the buttons are different shapes depending on year..

The panel you require has A/C and re-circulation buttons but NO cigar socket?

I have no idea what style of panel you have, but from the information you have already given:

Possibly not ideal.. but 2 in spain..

It is possible to easily remove the front panel from the circuit board etc and swap it to the correct colour font.

I'm not sure of the provenance of the heater valve; I'll check with them.
It's 1998 (S plate). As you say, the panel has A/C and re-circulation buttons, but NO cigar socket.

Thanks for sending me the links. The two Spanish ones match my existing panel. I'll follow up on them.
