Ultra low emission zone

Post by georgekaritzis » Tue Oct 29, 2019 2:15 pm

Hi
Not sure if this is the correct place to put this question but here we are
I recently found a puma on ebay that was ULEZ exempt [ Thunder ] where as my 1700 is not ! They are the same engine wise so am wondering if any of you guys have had any success in registering these cars ULEZ exempt ?
as i have a rust free 40000 mile beauty i want to try and keep it and as i live in the ULEZ i want to avoid the £12.50 daily fee !
If not my loss will be your gain as i will have to sell the only car i ever got attached too
Any help with this question would be greatly appreciated
Regards G

Looks like you didn't.
I have a Thunder and it is subject to ULEZ.

2000 won't but the 2003 will pass

A friend of friend has said u can take the car to a
Place that measures it all.
if it is within the ULEZ
U send that paper work off the the dvla

But thats just what i have heard
