If you type in your current issue & any future Puma issues , I am certain you will find useful info to resolve them as they will in most cases have been discussed before.
Initial advice includes:
Cleaning the Idle control valve with Carb cleaner , checking for airleaks especially the small vacuum rubber hoses on the lower RHS of the inlet manifold and clutch peddle switch wire can all cause this issue.
