does anyone know if the front seats in a ka would fit in the puma as a straight swap

Not entirely sure what seats you mean, I found some red leather but not red and black.
But to answer your question, the rear seats... not at all.
The front, not on their runners but with a little modifying, yes.
 
You're referring to the Sport Ka seats aren't you? I thought they were only available in black/blue.

my mate put some in his mk4 fiesta ok. and i put seats from his fiesta in my puma lol if that helps at all!
