Power Steering reservoir hose sizes?

Can anyone tell me the internal diameter of the hoses that connect to the PSF reservoir?

Would it not be easier to measure the external diameter of the pipes of the Power steering reservoir? Then provided you allow for any raised parts /bumps , then add 1mm , to pass over any raised parts ( can't recall if they have any) . Then seal off with jubilee clips.
