its a pity though that some of the parts they sell for the Puma do not fit!

Never believe what ECP says fits your car - always check with the manufacturers website that the part number is suitable, especially when it comes to shocks and brake parts as ECP assume a Puma is 100% mechanically a Fiesta in some cases.
 
Take suspension top mounts from febi bilstein, monroe, etc - they do not fit aftermarket suspension the same as the Ford OEM ones.
 
You have to make sure the operator isn't a nonce as well. Whenever we order parts for work we always speak to the same guy, he's the only one in the area depot that knows what he's doing. People quickly write-off ECP but it's a simple case of the guys on the phone. As Dal said, give them the actual part number and you can't go wrong.
