Trolley jack at the front? I always go for a protruding bolt head so the jack can't slip. Back end of the wishbone is a favorite spot of mine.
Axle stands? Gotta be under the chassis rails for me although I tend to use slabs of old joist timber now, much safer!

Or extend the ramps, couple of short pieces of scaffold plank is all you need.
