Ordered a lower front brace on the 19th Jan from puma build, haven't heard a peep since. Anyone know the guy or had similar experience?

They can be a little slow with stuff sometimes from what some other users have said. I've always found them to be quick to respond and dispatch things. give them a call tomorrow and ask if Alan is available to speak to, I'm sure there'll be a reason they haven't sent it out yet.

Still nothing. I didn't get a chance to call as work has been manic. Will call, but shouldn't have to.

Called up today, he's now put it in the couriers pile for tomorrow and should be here Friday
