3rd time in as many months!
Is it just me or has anyone else head butted the pointy edge of the bonnet when working near the headlight / battery...
Nice deep cut - again...

Probably just you :grin:
mind you I managed to head butt the edge of the boot lid when it was not open fully due to the low roof in my shed b****y hurts doesn't it?
 
It's usually the roof for me getting in or out. I've learned from this now but it still catches my son out now and again.
 
I used to bang my head on the bonnet, far too frequently, my excuse - being a pensioner!

As for getting in and out, OK on that, but first time I got in brother's XF - hit my head on roofline!
 
Think yourself lucky your not working on an old merc where the grill was attached to the bonnet, used to scrape the hair off the back of your head if you weren't careful lol
