Hey I have a 2001 1.7 puma silver with 21k miles full service history in immaculate condition im thinking of selling it but not sure what I should be putting it up for any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi.
I came across an add about a week ago for a similar one for over 6K. I myself sold a silver 2000 model five years ago with 14k on the clock for £4750. Bare in mind the 6K price was a garage. They are a lot rarer now than five years ago and on the cusp of classic car status. If you find the right buyer I should think about 5K.
Regards
Richard

Certainly getting rare in outstanding condition, a price for these things is always hard to gauge but if you are in no rush to sell then you can try it at near to whatever else is available from a garage and see what happens.

I think the one that Richard refers to is still for sale, on at £6,495 with 27,000 miles in Silver

Ok thanks everyone for the information might try it on eBay and see how it goes

Try it on the Car and Classic website. Doesn't cost anything but be prepared to filter out some spammy emails.
I recently sold a classic mini on there, it was on for less than 2 weeks.
I think Richard it about right with the pricing, stick it on and leave it there. One thing's for sure, the car's value will not be going downwards.

I recently sold my classic Mini on Gumtree, had the few usual idiots, but found a genuine buyer after 2 weeks.
Other free advertising sites worth trying are https://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/ , https://classics.honestjohn.co.uk/ the enquiries I had from them were genuine.
Also worth advertising on here with photo's, its the 1st. place I'd look if I was looking for a Puma.
Agree on the price, just sit tight and wait.
Good luck
