Wing mirrors

Can the electrically adjustable type wing mirrors be folded in to help getting into my garage?

They do fold in yes. Just brace yourself for an awful cracking noise!

check out my wing mirror guide in the how too section for a piccy of it bent back / folded away

it makes an awful sound & really makes you cringe the first time but i do it all the time now..... just give it a good shove!

if its anything other than solid give me a shout & i can send you some bits to fix anything thats broken (i sell repair kits on ebay!!)

Thanks jacko, I intend keeping it garaged so its good to know this can be done repeatedly.

If you are reversing in though, the wheel on full lock will touch the wall before the mirror.
