I`m about to fit my new engine to the track car.
I have some FRP cams which I was hoping to fit while the motor is out.
I was to borrow the necessary timing tool, but havent received it yet.
and need to crack on as I`m at Cadwell in a week and a half..
If I fit the FRP cams and time them with a standard tool,
would any damage be caused to the engine?
as I can do that tomorrow and time them up correctly later.
How difficult is it to advance the exhaust cam by the necessary amount by hand?
Thanks in advance, Stu..
