With cut arches and extensions applied, would an offset of ET0 be possible, both front and rear?
 
Anything is possible but doubt if the wheel bearings or hubs would stand the strain for very long, probably make the steering a little odd I would think due to the extra forward and backward movement of the wheels when you turn.
 
As above, given you're extending the arches there's no reason they'd not fit.
 
ill be running Et2 wheels ( 16'' xxr 533 ) and iv had to cut the outer lips off my front arches all round for clearance..

havent started on the rear yet because its quite high on standard suspension
will work, but expect some arch cutting ! lol
