Wet footwell, soaking

Hi everyone

recently noticed that both of my foot Wells are absolutely dripping wet push your hand in the carpet and see water pooling around your fingers wet!
can anyone help with a solution to this problem please many thanks

Hello. I had this problem on the drivers side. I drove the car without carpet (helped dry out) to see where the water was coming from. It came from the corner of the scuttle right up inside the footwell. Poking the area with a screwdriver I then loaded it with silicone sealant and let it dry - success! The start of the problem solving is to take out the carpet and felt. You will then get a better idea of the issues. Potential issues? Leaking heater matrix, holes in the floor and leaky scuttle. Hope this helps.
