Can you hear it unlocking?
What happens when you use a key does that work? (Clean the lock by squirting it with wd40 into the hole and on your key, keep put the key in GENTLY wiggle it, remove and clean off the dirt, keep repeating until it can turn easily or no dirt remains.)
You'll probably have to take the door card off , make sure to order clips for the door card to back on.
