Avoid Mr clutch, they use a re-con on mine...!!!

You can get a sports clutch for about £170 from Pumaspeed.

Fitting for clutches can be quite expensive, i'd try and find a reasonable local garage to help you out
I think it's recommended? to replace the slave cylinder at the same time, hopefully someone will confirm.

it is best to replace the slave cylinder aswell..... you dont want to replace your clutch then find the cylinder leaks down the line...
It saves time and you might aswell do it while its all apart at the same time.... slave cylinders are usually around £30 - £50 I paind £37 for mine..

I went to Fraud today and they wanted £83+vat for the clutch and £79+vat for the slave cylinder!!!
Do we need a release bearing for this aswell???? or is that included...god I'm useless...lol
