Hi Newbie Raven here! I have bought my first Puma, Kiara. She's a brilliant car but the locks are a bit dodgy. I struggle getting the key out of the lock, plus the fob isn't working.

Where can I get the fob and lock sorted that's not going to cost hundreds?
 
If you have 2 keys, try the other?
My locks seemed terrible and also the ignition lock.
When i compared the key to the other one that hadn't been used, the old key was completely worn.
The new key worked great.
As for the fob, if it's a later one with 3 buttons, you could probably pick one up on ebay for about £10
A 2 button fob the same.
 
Try a new battery and then reprogramming the fob as per the guidelines on here.

Then for the actual key, is it stiff to push in or hard to turn? Maybe some WD40 would help things along a bit?

Two things to try that are low cost at least!

Hey thanks for replying! I don't have another key fob, but will try eBay for a second fairly newish one. But I'll go Timpsons and see what they say. I have tried to reprogramme the fob, which worked for a week but then I think the battery went. Thank you both!
