Hi!
I just got a myself a Puma 2 days ago 19/10 (it's its 19th birthday today) as an every day driver, which has 85.000 km on the odometer
However, it has been sitting around for almost 6 months without being driven, yet service was done just before that, and I haven't found any problems except the fact, that it has run dry of coolant (nothing in the reservoir), I don't think it's a leak.
I would've liked to take a test drive, but since there is no coolant, I think it's a risk. Originally, I would've liked to both flush and add new coolant, but I don't have time, nor the tools to do so until next week.
My question is: Can I (as a temporary solution) add some new coolant, until a more convenient time? Also, does it have to be orange coolant, even if the Ford WSS-M97B44-D specification is met?
By the way, I am also fairly new to cars.
Have a nice sunday.
