Just got me copy of Fast Ford through the door, seen the free plug so I thought I'd come over and say hi... "HI!"

Ok, I'm in the Midlands and for my sins I have a puma 1.7 engined Ka, had the Ka since 1998 and have covered 155,000 miles in it, I dropped the weedy 1.3 at the 100,000m mark and got a lully 1.7 dropped in... good move!

Aside from the engine, I've done all the rest of the work myself, saving £££'s in the process. To be honest, if I'd had a garage at the time, I would have done the engine swap myself!

Welcome PumaKa! Sounds like a pocket rocket you have there! Always liked the idea of a sleeper myself.....

Get some pictures up so we can see the beast!

:eek:k:

If your not doing anything on the 18th May, we'd love you to join us at FITP! -->Link here<--

Cheers fellas :)

Yeah I just stuck my name down for that one

I've been to FITP for the last 6 years previously, it wasn't too good a location last year though, Wicksteed Park was the old place and that was good.

Yeah anyways, if you'll have me then we'll be there.

We're down in Willenhall area

I'll do some new pics this weekend, the ones I have are old ones (d'oh)

welcome mate, like said before, look forward to the pics, sounds like you have got yourself a beast 8)

I was up in the Midlands: near the corner of Leices, Derbys, Staff and Warks until about August last year. Now I'm in Cambridgeshire! :D

Welcome to the site! :eek:k:

I believe the location is the same as last year though, hope you don't mind that!

It was made much worse by the rain though I thought, otherwise it would have been better!

Just got a copy of this months (March) Fast Ford. My letter is on pages 28-29

Cool! (Or should I say K88L?)

Thought your car sounded familiar - saw it at FITP last year..

Who's that on the left? :funny:

Yup. s'mine on the left, K88, not to be confused with K80 (aka Steve's Ka)

Last year's FITP was a washout, fingers crossed for something resembling a decent day for this year...!
