Mine would say - washed, polished and put a new drivers side air vent in. :?

Funny you should mention driver's side air vent...someone told me it was a doddle to remove so I had a go at removing it on my first Puma...and it fell out with all the clips snapped off :? I jammed it back in with some gaffer tape I think...never again!

I feel dead clever now cos mine just popped out and the new one off ebay popped back in it's place. Only thing is it twists bit further towards the window than it should but actually that makes it better to direct - well that is what I say anyway! LOL

Still a long way from catching you up though.....

Bok, do the wind deflectors make much difference? I get annoyed in mine the way water drip[s into the cabin if the window is open and the body is wet, even if it isnt raining.

Yes

As long as the looks suit you they function as intended:

You can bomb along at 70mph with the windows fully open and a lot less wind noise.
You can wash the screen and provided you don't squirt too much washer fluid it doesn't creep along your screen, around the A pillar and onto your arm when the window is open.
No water gets in when the window is open up to a couple of inches. I usually leave both windows slightly open when the car is parked up at the house during the week to prevent damp or if it's blisteringly hot when parked in the sun.

Got these stainless steel dial rings which I polished up and waxed:

Have got rid of the white dials and green lighting, now have black dials with red lighting on the dash and the chrome rings on the dials, just how I wanted it. The lighting finally matches the stereo!:

:)

Thanks to Eldood for converting the lighting and helping out with those dial rings!

Looks really good, I fancied doing this when I saw it on the fiesta forum.

Ive always thaught the chrome would go really well with the brushed metal dials....

The 15" OZ Ultraleggera alloys are back on the car still wearing their part worn Toyo T1-Ss. I can't find these tyres new anywhere so it looks like I'll be replacing them with a fresh set of Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s- I've had a good experience of these in the past on my FRP...superb grip and great feel.

The steelies will be refurbed in gloss black and I'll wait for a pair of part worn T1-Ss to come up on eBay to complete the set of 4. These will probably be my track/sprint wheels/tyres

My T1-S Toyos are getting to the end of their life on the back of my car - probably only about 3mm left on them. I read somewhere (Toyo stand at Motorshow I think) that they are stopping the T1-S gradually unfortunately.

The Eagle F1 GSD3s come with Bok's seal of approval then? Might need to invstigate :eek:k:

I had the T1-Rs on the Accord- not impressed.

Hence my second choice from the T1-S, the F1s

After discussing the possibilities with eldoodarino (Chris) we came up with a plan to convert all the interior lighting to red as I was never a fan of the glary standard green lighting, especially on the glary white dials...

So having gotten rid of all the silver interior trim I set about creating a totally different interior ambience (like a pimp mobile ;) ), finally finished the work today. Heater panel, window switches, headlight level switch, rear fog, heated front and rear screen switches and the dials were all converted. The Alpine stereo already had red lighting as an option (in fact it was this tthat started me off).

Have fully converted to a MK1 Puma ashtray now with the cig lighter AND iPod hidden away- looks much cleaner in fact- as the only the earlier heater panel design can be converted to red owing to the non-removeable green filter in the later panel. The cig lighter power lead reaches- only just- the new position in the ashtray.
