Hello!
Already posted in the Newbie section, but decided to make a bit more of a progress log in here... partially for myself and partially for you guys. Although there are a lot more exciting cars on this site than mine!
Bought Ameila cheap and want to make her as close to factory as possible!
Work been done recently before I bought her:
Coil Pack
4x Spark Plugs
Front break pads
2x Droplinks
Timing belt and tensioner
Break Drum
Break shoe
Shoe fitting kit
Wheel cylinder
2x Wheel bearings
Work done when in my possession:
Air Filter
Cabin Filter
4x Spark Plugs
Heater Control Valve
Misc interior covers and clips
Sun Visors
Heater Control Panel
CD Player
Genuine Mats
CD Changer
Engine Gasket
Steering Wheel
Indicator Stalk
Headlights
Some pictures of how she stands now.
Some pictures of my completed work.
Swapped out the Air and Pollen filters.
Sadly I noticed oil down with the spar plugs.
But alas, I gave the engine a wee clean anyway.
Got some bits and bobs for the inside.
Found some old wonder wheels in my parents lockup, so gave it a try. What a difference!
Got and replaced the engine rocker gasket.
Purchased a steering wheel which I thought was bad, but not as bad as mine... amazingly it was all dirt and quickly looked like this...
Got a stalk at the same time. So replaced the stalk and the wheel.

Also fitted the new headlights as mine were compromised and had flies, etc in them! No new pictures tho, it was miserable today!
Actually got a gaitor with Puma VCT on it, debating using it! Also another HCP with no cigarette lighter socket... I can't decide!
Will keep up to date with other things I do with Amelia!
