Ford Puma ST Turbo *diy ambition*
Need to give her a proper wash over .... then (unfortunatley) she going back for some touch ups in the paint work...

Soon to come!! Im not 100% content with spray job at mo so once its had its touch up and a proper wash over ... i can go and model her on the greens of epping forest for us all to mavel at her beauty...

Ford Puma ST Turbo *diy ambition*
Ive had some thoughts swinging around me head and thought ill raise them for oppinions.
Wanting to design as close to factory looking engine bay as possible (d170sams frp 591 is sexiest so far), i have been looking at the ecoboost engines for ideas of layout and presentation so to speak.
Im almost decided on plumbing the turbo with the exhaust outlet on the gearbox side ... and having the air filter intake 'S' bend over the top..
Some visual examples:
Fiesta ST180
Mk4 Fiesta 1.3 endura
Puma with 2.0 Zetec
Looking at the endura alone tells me Ford themselves may have continued this look if they turbo'd the 1.7.
What do you lot think??
