VCT sensor gasket

Hello,

i want to change all the gasket off the rocker cover,
i found the main seal, the 4 grommets, cam sensor gasket

but apparently vct sensor gasket is not available now in france ...

i search on ebay, pumaspeed, pumabuild ... nobody sell it ?

can you help me ?

According to the catalogue it appears to be part of 97MX-6014-AA - 'Overhaul gasket set' which contains that and much more.

You have some options aftermarket but if the rest of the set is anything like the aftermarket rocker gaskets I would steer clear!

I agree with Ian G, as the FAI Rocker cover gasket has to be stretched and superglued in place . After a couple of weeks it will leak again.Stay clear of FAI products for this engine.

Wasn't the part you required a rubber o ring? That is likely to be found in a universal o ring kit like http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/419-Pcs-R...Set-Kit-32-Sizes-With-Case-4-34-/311615486952. :thumbs:

i look at your code 97MX-6014-AA tomorow if it's again available in france ...

i have universal rubber o ring at home .... it's good for a lot of things but not for this ....

I am using a complete head gasket kit from ajusa. Same thing is still obtaineable from elring. I guess the seal is pretty standard stuff (semering) and finding one in matched sizes (outer/inner) would make it fit from any engine
