You'll need to distinguish which engine/model/year the information refers to, as all information is not applicable to all models.

For example, the brake information is for earlier Puma whilst later models had bigger brakes:
Disc:
Diameter: 258mm (early model 239.5mm)
Thickness (new): 22mm (early model 20mm)
Thickness (minimum): 20mm (early model 18mm)
Drum:
Diameter: 203mm (early model 180mm)
Diameter (maximum): 204mm (early model 181mm)

Oil capacity:
1.7 (with filter) 4.62 litres
1.6 (with filter) 4.25 litres

My "Owner's Guide" has the coolant capacity as 6, not 7.6 litres.

More torque settings to add:
Brake flexible hose union: 13 Nm
Wheel cylinder bolts: 10 Nm
Oil Filter: 17 Nm
Ignition Coil Retaining Bolts: 6 Nm
Engine Cover Retaining Bolts: 6 Nm
Drain Plug (Gearbox): 35 Nm

Suspension:
Front
Top Mount Retaining Nut (Front Strut and Spring Assembly): 50 Nm
Thrust Bearing Retaining Nut (Front Strut and Spring Assembly): 59 Nm
Rear
Top Mount Retaining Nut: 34 Nm
Lower Mounting Bolt: 120 Nm ("eye" type)

Thermostat Housing Bolts: 9 Nm
Water Pump Bolts: 9 Nm
Water Pump Pulley Bolts: 25 Nm
Headlamp Bolts: 4 Nm
Rear Lamp Assembly Nuts: 3 Nm
Catalytic Converter To Exhaust Manifold retaining nuts, 1st stage 30 Nm, 2nd stage 38 Nm
Catalytic Heat Shield Cover: 10 Nm
Roll Restrictor (Drop Link) Retaining Nut: 50 Nm

Cheers for the feedback, Ive edited it to the show year an engine code.
Autodata had a few codes on system so i'll check the differences, but your right about the brakes..

Electrode gap is now advised to be 1.1mm now I think?
Still as 1.3mm up there ^
