And added some foam and aluminum protection between roof and carpet... well it is damn hot in winter and ice cold in summer... keeps a real good thermal and sound insulation...

Aaaaand finally got my woofer installed... got a velcro tape, stapled them together to make it double sided, fixed into trunk...

In that time too, managed to disassemble the contact plate... :D repaired the trunk light... and as one of my friend had a led roll, we wired it up... here it is:

Hello Red :)

thanks for the reply... finally happy that at least somebody follows me...

Well these are Oracal 651 calendar intermediate cal... i'll go later on for 751C or 951C Premium cast cal... those can be shaped but are much more expensive...

These cals will soon fall off... but that is not a problem as I am going to redo the arch wheel, and make a badboy look on the hood... after that... we will add a paint... but that 100% will not match the actual paint even if it's the silver one from ford due to the difference made by the sun and those 18 years... hence there will be stickers...

My next step for this month will be clearing the summer wheels... prime and paint them... looking for a black matte finish with a green ring around...

after that... we will make the hood or the arch... and later on paint... when these are ready, I assume there will be a usual 24-30 degree Celsius here for days... this temperature is perfect to put on stickers...

As you see on the left side i have a lot of small stickers... on the right, 3 big ones... that is a huge difference, so the random thing is not actually organized... i saw a white puma with camo and i have those pics as refference... i will try to blend and match that... maybe I will be going to add even some white patches too...

Here you can see my tentative of bad boy look... anyway some more shots:

The arch doesn't look all that bad in the last picture. What was the calendar shoot in aid of?

Red :D:D:D:D no :)

the stickers... this one... the actual one is Oracal 641 Calendar film... Calendar means it can be printed on, and can be cut with a graving machine... but, does not support curved surfaces, hence, it is used as window sticker, or wall sticker... for stencil art...

the oracal 751, and 951... are premium category and the adhesive is not water based as in 651...

so the 651, the actual one... if you place it wrong on the car... that's it... can not be easily moved... you break it down and put a new one... this is because water based adhesive...

the oracal 751, and 951... are cast films... and the adhesive are solvent type... that means that if you put the sticker wrong, you just pull it up and put it again... of course you can spray some water on the car before so you can move the sticker around... the 751 is more for 2D surfaces, but the 951C is used for entire bodies... for example you can simply wrap a whole car, even the bumpers, without any problem, air bubbles or crest... :)

TGPlayer1: yes i was aware of that, but the girl is not a heavy one and suggested her to climb up more on a bigger surface... not to run up on the feet, but crawl up so the weight will be on a bigger surface... :) no scratch marks or something on the car anyway...

Good to hear. I had just assumed that she was some unlucky pedestrian you had whacked as they were crossing the road.

[post]346861[/post] If we had pedestrians that looked like that around here there'd be plenty of crashes!

And finally

painting soon... as these are ET52.5 o_O I'll need some spacers :D

You will need 18,5 mm spacers, to be exact. As the wheel is 6J that would be needed to bring it to ET34 as is OEM on a puma. I guess the easiest way would be to go for 20 mm spacers

i thought Puma had ET35... not 34 :) but well that's it :) I'll go along... today... tyres :D

So as you know, I started out with a spacer drawing for my PumPum as the actual alloys are 52.5ET and Puma needs 34.

Those would be 17.5mm spacers, but i risked and went on with 20mm ones...
Here is the drawing:

And this came out:

We will try a short fitment test today :) I hope they'll be good...

I'll need to balance them...

Good point :) but for now, for me it's really ok :) I just need to replace the studs... that will be pain... any idea... after removing the hub, do i need to remove and replace the bearing, or we can work around removing the stud without damaging the bearing?
