the studs?

well i don't know... for mee looks more simple this way... just add 4 more 13mm holes, then drop 4x23mm c-bore... and 4x15mm c-bore...

I have to remove the hub carrier, and the hub... as the abs ring is right in front of it... look here:

I have no idea how on earth would you remove the studs from the hub when the hub is in the carrier... look:

for me... this is the easiest way... :

I wouldn't drill new holes and tapp them like you suggested.
You have to take down the tone ring to be able to hit the studs out.
Ford says it is to be done like this:

yeah talked with dad, and he said that, i should not do this, as the new studs in the dural will deform the spacer and will break faster...

I am thinking on reducing the size from 20mm to 15, or even 10, to use the original studs, yet the guys are saying, not to use original studs with bigger spacer than 5mm...

what is the biggest wheel ET that can be put on without the wheel to have problem with the arches? I have ET52.5 and it hits a little bit the inner arch... Well according to wheelfitment, the max is 38... still not enough...

Anyway, seems like i can not change the studs in the hub without damaging the bearing...

Yes I see what you mean, the last time I did this was on a Ka with no ABS so makes sense.

Take a look at spacers here Steve:

http://www.superforma.co.uk/wheel-spacers/bolt-on-spacer-kits/4x108-wheel-spacer-pair-cb-63-4-m12x1-5-nut.html

You are almost there with what you've drawn/created, they just need modifying as above. The new studs are pressed into the aluminium.

I split the hubs as there was no way of getting the studs out.

It's no easy task even with a hydraulic press that got up to about half a ton before they moved.

Well the current will remain... when i will need to change the bearing i'll drop on the new studs too...

for now, I'll think i will go on with a simple spacer, 10mm or 8mm... just enough for my wheel not to touch the inner arch...

Maybe I'll cut these, maybe I'll make new spacers... :) I'll see :D

If you go with ET that big, you will lose the precision on SW. It feels as if the SW is diconnected from the wheels. Very unpleasant and kills half of the puma appeal. You should aim for the ET34 or lower ET value as it was done on purpose

yes I know :( but but but... money... I have acces to CNC, lathe etc...

I will hunt down some nice nice nice rims... I got fed up... i found this in the meantime...

All that remained is the back :)

...well I must admit, that's surprised me a bit as I'm a tad conservative with my car colours usually so the thought of "neon green" kinda made me go that colour myself  but that don't look too bad at all sat behind there, good going Mih' :eek:k:

ohh guys i had the car parked... lowered it back... went up in my flat... got in the car... started running... and a damn sound...

at every turn there was something like a piece of metal caught in the wheel hitting the car... i was like what the heck...

Well my wheels are balanced, and i have a tiny piece of something on the inside rim... and that little thing...
Well somehow i bent this little thingy...
DSCF1647.JPG

and that little piece of metal from the rim was hitting this... dad thought first that that sound came from the bearing... but damn... look at this... a little tiny piece of nothing...

g-whizz, regarding the color... everybody said it's plain stupid and ugly and shit... now when i showed it... everybody wants it :)) too bad i keep my secret for myself :D

Dooooh today i done the debadge :)
