BTW, TIS can be obtained on usual places (I guess you are familiar with THAT Russian place). It works on windows 7 if it is 32 bit instalation
I am aware that you are from Ukraine, and know the difference very well; in fact I visited Kiev last year.
You could put virtualbox on your machine and inside install the 32 bit version and onto it TIS. TIS is very light for your computer and it will wokr nicely. Virtualbox works excellent and is free

I work on my lambo puma project with my dad till it was the weather. After we make some pause. Because it was +2 degrees and in our garage we have no heaters.
