New door..check
Exhaust..check
Attacked the offside rusty sill today and that annoying but below the corner of the door. Have some old side skirts that might be goin on..I say that lightly incase they look a right bodge and I decide not to :roll:

Gave my door cards and some dash trim an update today to brighten up the interior a bit :grin:

Having looked at them back on the door I thought I should have left the speaker circles too, they may come back out for a coat of black :roll:

I brush painted it with heat resistant enamel, fixing the gasket too while it's off

So the plastidip got removed from the front bumper and my wing mirrors turned black instead :roll:

yes usual... the mirrors are not primed before painting... they just drop the paint on them... same thing happened to me... so i painted them with bumper paint... got a nice plastic finish like the mirror plate

It's big on the car show scene, the item is electrostatically charged and the fibre sticks to it giving a soft feel to it a bit like felt. Most commonly used for dashboards and interior but I've seen plenty of vehicles with it under the hood as its impenetrable

My poor looking roof got the treatment aswell..
Sanded back..

Black gloss..

Sparkle coat and 3 coats of clear laquer..

Finished with a good cut in and polish..
