Hello and welcome.
Pumas are a great `starter` trackday car.
Even in standard trim, they are quick, handle well and are reliable.
They are also cheap and easy to tune.
It`s a Ford though. they all rust...
Rear suspension mounts and nearby sills are car killers, but don`t be put off, there`s plenty of solid ones knocking about.
As for Clio`s...
They are faster than the Puma, but...
Servicing and tuning isnt cheap and they are awful regards reliability.
There are sensors everywhere. And they fail, as do connections, modules, all sorts. Often.
If anything does break in there. your straight into limp mode until you can plug it in to find out why. Trackday over.
Get a Puma ;-)
And a welder lol
