Yep, I do. It's good to see the level of detail and care going into this already. If the rest of the project is going to be to this standard, as I'm sure it will be, then this Puma is going to be quite something when it's all done.

We like. :)

The wheels have come back from being refurbed .Also had the spare steel wheel refurbished. Hopefully we will be getting the spacers next week however I have seen on this forum that we might need bigger spacers than 20mm in case they catch , any advise would be welcome

What ET are the wheels? The FRP wheels are ET28 and on the rear look best with at least 30mm, but as an hub to beam spacer, not a wheel spacer.

ET28’s will fill standard arches nicely

The Gemini Puma is really moving, Currently we are prepping the body for the repaint , this will include all the door shuts and tailgate apertures so we will get a really professional job. Still in a dilemma about the rear bumper and what to do with it as we have cut a large hole for a rear splitter but are unhappy with the look currently, I think we may have to manufacture one similar to the front, I will hopefully collecting the spacers soon from one of our sponsors Co-ord sport ltd .

We have started the paint work on the Puma , The roof and tailgate apertures have been painted in black, The door shuts are green , we will now paint the inside of the doors before hanging them then the bodywork

Rear bumper mock up , Top half is the original Puma bumper and the lower is off a Fiesta . These have been welded together using the Nitrogen plastic welder. The bumper will be filled using plastic filler as this will give added strength. I will add more images of the filling and preparation stages on the rear bumper soon

Brilliant creation for the bumper!

So much work has gone into this, please tell me it’s not one of those rallies that scrap the cars at the end?!!

This is like a dream project. If i ever win the lottery i'd love to do something like this. I make no apologies for my love of Pixar.

The Puma will not be scrapped at the end of the rally ....too much work has gone into it. It will be sold at the end to raise more money for our nominated charity. Hopefully by the end of this week we should have the whole body painted
