Rear hybrid bumper is coming through the stages nicely , welded and plastic filled . Now filling using standard filler for final detail, once ready for primer I will upload the primed images.
The lower textured section will be gloss black and there will be a section cut out of the middle for a double tail pipe
2nd colour applied to the rear and spoiler dry fitted, having a few issues with our wheel spacers for the front which i am sorting so hopefully next stages we will have all 4 refurbed alloys on
The Puma has come on even more, Rear hybrid bumper has been primed and painted along with the spoiler and fitted, The lower section of the Modified bumper is off a MK6 Fiesta so all the lights work also . High glossed black lower diffuser and fitted a nice exhaust into place.....sounds great. New front wheel bearings discs and pads fitted, Now awaiting front wheel spacers that have had to be machined to fit so hopefully next few photos will show the puma completed from all angles. Then we will apply the decals and race numbers
Hi XAF i would guess at about 50-60 hours of labour , I have two apprentices who have been involved with the Puma led by my technicians. It has been a really rewarding job to see it come from where it was to the nearly finished article
We are almost finished with our Puma, I am well pleased with how it has come out, The paintwork looks amazing and the modified front and rear bumpers really stand out, We have replaced the cam belt this week along with a couple of c.v boots and wheel bearings so we can ensure this Puma will last. The Rally starts next week on the "8th so the Puma will be tearing around the welsh hills.
