I have followed this guide to the letter and my engine is running rough. Any ideas as to what could be wrong. Was running all right before I changed the cambelt. Thanks for any help Chris

I have recently changed my cambelt on my puma following detailed instructions from a ford mechanic. The engine is running very rough. It was running fine before I started the work. Any ideas would be useful as I think I have tried everthing except the actual VCT solenoid. Thanks Chris
