1.7 se wiring

Hi all new here so go easy I'm in the process of putting the 1.7 lump in my sierra people keep asking why that and no the zetec well I had the car given to me so thorght I'd put it to good use anyway I'm 90% there but here come the dreaded wiring iv seen one post where someone has wired the transponder key pick up and the ignition barrel straight into the fuse box dose anyone know if this is possible and what pins in the fuse box to use any help would be much appreciated thanks Chris.
