6006 - no radio

Hi all,

I've got a 6006, sadly the radio element has been dead since I brought it, I'm sure I should probably just bin if off, but as I'm impoverished due to an imminent house purchase, I was wondering if there was a 'usual' cause so I could try and fix it. It's driving me crazy.

Changed the aerial base and mast on case, but it won't even pickup an fm transmitter

the 6006 is a real pile of junk - riddled with problems

mine went back twice under warranty for cd problems, and just before I sold the car the radio went belly-up like yours

my problems were typical and if I had been keeping the car I would have bitten the bullet and got an aftermarket replacement
