Alpine 6 cd changer - cartridge that holds the cd's is missing, well i drove over it to be honest 
- easy enough to source off ebay.
Changer model number is CHM-S620
Interface box, CHM-S611/620 for ford head units 5000 / 6000 / 7000 RDS. Simply plugs in.
Full length cd control cable, to reach from changer in boot to interface by head unit, again all simply plugs in.
Good quality working Alpine unit, few scratches on changer nothing major.
