PCV delete or keep it?

As the tittle says Im going to change the inlet manifold gasket and in the process i want to change the pcv. The problem is that in Spain Ford discontinued the part. I have 2 options now, put a chinese pcv or delete it and put a catch can
What could be the drawbacks of the PCV delete on the Puma engine?
