Hi All,
It's a sad day for me. My new job means that I'll be doing more long
motorway journeys (yawn) and the Puma is a little bit too noisy at the
75-85 cruising speed.
So I've opted for an Audi A6 estate.
I'm part-ex'ing the Puma, although given more time I would have loved for
it to have gone to another Puma lover on here. So I thought I'd give you
the heads up in case anyone is interested.
It's a little gem. I bought it on ebay in Sept, needing cambelt and clutch
doing as a minimum. As you can see here:

Also as you can see it had a lot more doing to it. I've also recently had a
new centre and rear exhaust replacement (with guarantee from Feltham Tyres)
and an MOT from just before Xmas. It has plenty of tax left on it.
It's the 'limited' edition black, so has leather interior. I've also fitted
an iPod connector to the stereo.
No dents or scratches on it. A slight bubbling of the paint on the rear
drivers side arch, but hasn't broken through the surface yet so could be
repaired by a half decent bodywork person.
I really hope someone from here gets it. It's a little beauty, and I'm
loathed to see it go, its such fun. Roundabouts won't ever be the same
again!
As a bit of a heads up, he's paying £1200 for it p/x value, based on the
condition and all of the receipts for the work carried out. He's probably
looking for a quick sale, so I'd expect £1500-£1600 would take it away
easily, although when chatting with him and looking at the parkers guide,
the forecourt price is £2200. It's done 82k.
Please let me know if you go and see it or buy it, it would make my day to
see it cherished again!
The guy who I'm chopping it in to lives on Buckingham Avenue East off of the Farnham Road in Slough. His number is 07535599126
